1. Acceptance
By using ResumeVastu (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
ResumeVastu provides online resume and cover letter building tools. You can create, preview, and download PDF documents via one-time payments.
3. Payments
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Each purchase grants you a single-use download link valid for 7 days.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds for resume downloads, subscriptions, and mentor sessions are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
Resume content you create belongs to you. ResumeVastu retains ownership of its templates, design, and software. You may not copy or resell our templates.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. ResumeVastu is not liable for hiring outcomes, job rejections, or any consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.
8. Mentors
If you join as a ResumeVastu mentor, the Mentor Terms & Partnership also apply — covering independence, marketing collaboration, security, and fair exit.
